Running for LEAF
A great friend of our charity, Ben Lucas is raising funds for our tree planting by running every single day for a whole year. Come wind or shine.
His aim is to run 2,313 kilometres over the course of the year, this represents the hectares of primary forest cut down in Kenya every year.
Consider donating to this truly epic challenge and helping us do something excellent for nature in the process.
These are the scenarios that dominate common discourse - scenarios that portray natural systems as single-dimensional step-by-step mechanisms that can be modeled with a certain level of predictability. That is, until something completely unpredictable happens such as deforestation triggering a chain reaction resulting in the significant rising water levels of the lakes in Kenya’s Rift Valley.
